Grilled Asian-marinated chicken breasts (using the leftover dressing I made for the asparagus on Easter), carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli-cheese rice (that my MIL gave me for some odd reason).

Breakfast: Yogurt and skim milk

Lunch: Turkey Sand.

Snack: Carrot Sticks and maybe some reduced fat wheat thins

Dinner: Mahi Mahi (which I have never made! Any suggestions?) and fresh asparagus

We had a naughty night. We had Dominoes~ BBQ meatlovers, garlic bread and I drank almost all the coke. That why I'm wide awake at 10.40pm!

Snack: 100 calorie oreos in a little bag

Supper: Veggie egg rolls, rice and a salad
