Breakfast: Yogurt and skim milk
Lunch: Turkey Sand.
Snack: Carrot Sticks and maybe some reduced fat wheat thins
Dinner: Mahi Mahi (which I have never made! Any suggestions?) and fresh asparagus

Snack: 100 calorie oreos in a little bag
Supper: Veggie egg rolls, rice and a salad
