Breakfast: Bran Flakes and skim milk
snacks: apple sauce carrot sticks
lunch: tuna and egg whites
Dinner: Turkey burgers
and all with water of course :)
Breakfast = chocolate protein shake w/blackberries
2nd Breakfast = string cheese
Lunch = teriyaki beef nuggets, roll, mashed potatoes (at school)
Snack = yogurt, 1/2 c granola
Dinner = shrimp stirfry
After scouts (if needed) = kashi roll
