Pick up the pace : ) While doing your normal walking/steps go a little faster....a slow jog , for 10 seconds : ) It gets the heart rate up and burns a few extra calories!

Done...I parked 2 minutes away from the library and wogged for 10 minutes, then I went into the library to pick up some books and dvd's.
