Program Your Walk

Studies show that having the confidence that you can complete your workout actually helps fight fatigue and discomfort. If you believe that you can walk the distance, you can! Program yourself with positive thinking, such as: "I am proud of myself," or "I know I can do this," or "Every step I take empowers me." This will help you complete your walk and feel great at the same time!

That was a lightbulb moment for me ::blush::
Instead of whining how far it is to finish,
I can celebrate how far I've already come
