I know we have lots of new members and literally tons of lurkers reading each day . If they were to ask us how/where to start to get fit and healthy, what would you tell them ?

I'd tell them to dyk with me. That thread is a great way to get to know each other.

I'd tell them to celebrate each small step/accomplishment and be sure that they're doing it for the right reason.....................its okay to do it for someone else, but its especially important that they're doing it for themselves also.

These are great Liz,
One small thing at a time is the way ..
Otherwise you're setting yourself up for failure I think.
Very important to remember it takes time to get back to where one wants to.
Like you said .. we didn't get where we are over night.
