You're in for the long run.
You have a solid, steady attitude about exercise: You're willing to challenge yourself, but seem prepared for slow-but-sure progress. Be sure to take it up a notch when you're ready, though, says Samantha Heller, MS, RD, senior clinical nutritionist at NYU Medical Center and an exercise physiologist. "As you get more fit, you can increase the frequency, intensity and duration." Also, adjust your routine if you feel even a hint of boredom - fitness doesn't have to be a chore! It can be as fun and exciting as you are, for the rest of your life!

Now that you can depend more on warmer weather Liz,
You shouldn't have a problem bumping it up a notch or too right ?
I know you can because you want to lose it .. therefore you will :)

My answer would not copy for strange reason...but it did say long run.

My mantra is always patience and do it slow. Actually never had a mantra. When I first started I just did the exercise first then later worked on the eating right with the exercise. I got my weight down first then worked on abs and strengthening and toning afterwards. When I go on the scale, I like it when the weight is going down at a slow steady rate, when I first started anyway.

I like to change it around now that I can do it. Before it was just the walking. I added the biking and hulahoop last year. This year is hulahoop with 4 hoops and circuit training. Oh and now I am going to practice walking with the hulahoop more. I did hulahoop outdoors and walked across the patio hooping. I can turn circles and hulahoop. Yes I do challenge myself more now.
