Do your best...did what I could do
Stay positive...was hard with the 92 temps but staying positive was still there
Drink water...oh my goodness...13 cups
Do *some* kind of movement...5 minutes stretches, 5 minutes warmups, 20 minutes walking hulahooping and twirling, 40 minutes biking, 20 minutes walking, gardening exercise 30 minutes
Post goals...yes
