Was wondering for the QOTW ~

We all make daily goals in the goal thread,
Are they ones you can truly fulfill ?
Are they Unrealistic at all ?
Do you achieve them daily ?
If they are unrealistc .. Does that stop you from Achieving them ?
Do you give yourself plenty of time to Achieve them ?
Let our *inquiring minds* know as always :)

Are they ones you can truly fulfill ?
Most days I can do them all
Are they Unrealistic at all ?
Not really, they are things that need to be done,
and the only thing that stops me is ...... me!
Do you achieve them daily ?
I accomplish my movement goals 6/7 times per week.
I achieve my eating goals about 4/7 times
The other goals - not so good.

My goals are very realistic : ) I set my goals, knowing that they are doable. I need that daily boost of confidence that comes from getting my goals accomplished!

Hey LIz,
So what do you plan to do so *you* don't stop you for getting them all done ?
You have plans, researched & know what to doo as most of us do ..
It's the *doing* as with a few of us .
That lazy feeling is nothing new to some of us ::blush::
How do you plan to not be lazy as much ?
Remember the good news is that you do get most done when you need to.
And like you say you've done the research to know you can still do it.
However that *procrastination* is not always our friend, LOL
Let us in on what you decide so you can help others ;)

Good questions, hugs!

I try to only set goals I can achieve because not being able to achieve goals leads to failure & falling off the wagon

That's good to hear Nadine,
In order to succeed like you say ..
They need to be doable & realistic.
Wouldn't want you to fall off ever again :)

Yes, but lately my chocolate cravings are coming back and even though I choose the best kind to have and I stay in my calories it still bothers me that I seem to crave them lately.

Are they Unrealistic at all ? Not anymore, I am trying to have a more balanced exercise and eating healthy but feeling frustrated because so far I am doing good.

Do you achieve them daily ? I am slacking on my water intake.

If they are unrealistc .. Does that stop you from Achieving them ?

Do you give yourself plenty of time to Achieve them ?
