What helps you stay fuller longer?
- Eating water-rich foods
- Filling up on fiber
- Packing in the protein
- Enjoying just enough fat
- Snacking on nuts
- Drinking more water
- Combination .. which ones .. please share ..

I voted combination of things which I use everyday.
I have a cup of water before each meal and water through the day.
If I am still fill hungry, I will change it to 1 1/2 cup of water before each meal.
I snack on nuts, and other things..homemade granola, raisins, etc.
I eat oatmeal mixed with granola. For some people that may not work.
Some examples of those would be ??

OK so multi grain is not quite the same as whole wheat ?
Huge difference is there ?
