I think I am going to try and make vegetarian cous cous for dinner tonight. I saw the recipe in this month's shape, I am not using it to the letter, but taking it as an example and changing some things. I have zucchini and chick peas, that I am going to add, and probably some white mushrooms. I have decided that we eat too much meat, so I am goint to try and make at least 2 dinners vegetarian. I am going to have a homemade (for yesterday's dinner) vegetable soup for lunch.
So it shall be French toast & sausage

lunch- baked potato
snack- apple sauce
