Today's Goal: The 3-Hour Rule

You've probably heard it before, but now it's time to put it into real action. Make an eat-every-three-hours plan and stick to it. Registered dietician Ashley Koff says to think of your body as a race car: Make pit stops every three hours. Below, Koff shares her expertise on why eating every few hours is more likely to help you shed those extra pounds.



  • It's easier to eat less if you know you get to eat again soon.
  • You're more likely avoid those carb cravings, which hit us when our bodies haven't recharged in a while and need the fuel

I like your idea on the what to eat Pat,
Like you say .. through out the day getting what we need is what is important.
Eating more often smaller snacks allows us to know *stuff* ourselves
I also believe it is better for us.
However of course one must always do what is best for themselves.
Mixing it up a bit like you said should help too :)
