Today's Goal: The 3-Hour Rule
You've probably heard it before, but now it's time to put it into real action. Make an eat-every-three-hours plan and stick to it. Registered dietician Ashley Koff says to think of your body as a race car: Make pit stops every three hours. Below, Koff shares her expertise on why eating every few hours is more likely to help you shed those extra pounds.
- It's easier to eat less if you know you get to eat again soon.
- You're more likely avoid those carb cravings, which hit us when our bodies haven't recharged in a while and need the fuel

Like you say .. through out the day getting what we need is what is important.
Eating more often smaller snacks allows us to know *stuff* ourselves
I also believe it is better for us.
However of course one must always do what is best for themselves.
Mixing it up a bit like you said should help too :)
