On the news these days has been talk of Obama's first 100 days in office & what he's accomplished.

Let's hear what you've accomplished in the past 100 days.

It can be weight-loss or fitness related, or in any aspect of your life!

Looking forward to hearing everyone's successes :o)

Yes Nadine. Anything is possible if one wants to really do them. If I put up obstacles and told myself I could not lose the weight again, I probably would not make the effort. I was challenging Gail at the time which was kind of fun. Gail inspired me and I was supposed to motivate her. I tried to.

Even with hulahoop, I keep challenging myself. I did not think I could do the walking with it or backwards walking, or twirling myself in the other direction and have the hoop going in the opposite direction or adding 3 more hoops to make it heavier. I have more challenges to do and hopefully I can do them.

My neighbor noticed she lost 5 pounds when she started walking and eating the same. Now the weight is the same level so she upped her treadmill speed but still eating the same. I told her many times she might have to portion her meals to see it moving. She is still denying

Yes, we CAN do anything as long as we tell ourselves we can.
