When I walk the dogs we do about 4 miles in 60 minutes.
Thats my strolling speed - about a 15 min mile
When I'm on the treadmill I try to do better than that for longer periods,
Like today I worked at a 14 min pace for 4 miles.
Not fast like some, but ........ good enough for me.
As for the pain,
I have a delicate balance going on.
No workouts causes them to stiffen and be sore,
To much work causes them to stiffen and be sore.
I challenge myself to find the right fit every day :)

Least you know what it takes & what makes you feel good & not sore.
So stay with it & keep doing it as often as you can :)
That's a great way too :)
Chiming in here late.

- A setback is only there as long as you allow it to be. <
Assume you're catching up on dots anyway
Wondering what happened with that new scale ..
Good for you on using your clothes to tell ..
They tell the truth right on :)
