Yes I read about using the gum. My neighbor was using that earlier this month at a birthday dinner.

None of the above curbs cravings. They are just temporary fixes and then the cravings soon come right back. The thing to do to curb cravings is to stay away from added

I drink tea or coffee - water is yucky...
walking doesn't help 'cos then I'm out of the house & I can walk down to the shops & buy junk!
chewing gum just makes me hungry...
small portions all too often lead to more small portions which add up to big portions...

Glad you've heard of it and wondering if it's helping your neighbor ? I Know I can chew some gum and it gets rid of that craving for sweets for me : )
