I did pretty well went I walked
Also eat fairly well most of the time too

I've done well and am pleased with my progress. I've been on plan for 1 1/2 weeks and have lost 7 pounds so far and have walked every day except one. I need to drink more water, but am eating healthy and feeling good about my accomplishments. Yay me!! ;-)

Not done very well in April, though I have bumped up my steps totals & hope to see some kind of results...
My eating has been up the creek & that has had a bad effect on everything else including no weight loss the last 2 weeks...

Not nearly as well as I wanted to.


Did you meet most of your goals?
No, for some reason I took a week off - hormones maybe?
and my eating was whack!


Do you need a redo ?
No sense on dwelling on the past,
I'm ready to move on........

What are your goals for May ?
40 miles race training - do some outdoors w/Jack
cook dinner 5 x per week, eat at the table
Mindful eating - more more eating till I'm stuffed or eating just to pass the time

What are your goals for May ? I need to cut down on the Carbs. I eat way to many carbs.
