Today is the first day of the rest of our lives ..
Let's make it a great one!  Fit & Healthy for Summer ..
How good would that be. 
Time to take back control of you !
What do you need to work on ?
Losing pounds, toning up, maintaining, portion control ..
Upper body, lower body ?
Now is your chance to do this with accountability & support.

 

For your daily bears ..



  • Exercise .. set your own goals but challenge yourself daily   

  • Take time out for yourself .. at least ten minutes a day! 


  • Diet choices & Portion Control .. Colorful fruits & vegetables promote good health.  
    Color your day with five a day..blue/purple..green..white..yellow/orange & red. 
    Choose at least one from each color.


  • Post your goals for the day.

Bonus  The bonus this month is all about Water & Walking/Jogging/Biking!    
The bonus bear is for achieving you goals for steps/miles/minutes of walking/biking & ounces/cups of water.

Depending on how you do.

The others should be pretty do-able & will keep me on the straight & narrow!

What I find so difficult is the actual meal planning & then factoring in all the colours...

Am hoping to be able to ease back into the challenge starting tomorrow : ) Don't know that I will have tons of steps, but will start out slow and build back up : )

Hope you stayed dry at least
Maybe by the end of the month no rain another time you camp.
If nothing else ..try drinking lots of water tomorrow

I have done a meal plan in the past, but not as detailed as deciding what veggies we will have with the meal - just the main dish really...
When it's just Derek & I it's easy to stick to it, but not as easy when Ian is home - he doesn't always want what is listed for the day & often doesn't offer an alternative.
