Today is the first day of the rest of our lives ..
Let's make it a great one! Fit & Healthy for Summer ..
How good would that be.
Time to take back control of you !
What do you need to work on ?
Losing pounds, toning up, maintaining, portion control ..
Upper body, lower body ?
Now is your chance to do this with accountability & support.

For your daily bears ..
- Exercise .. set your own goals but challenge yourself daily
- Take time out for yourself .. at least ten minutes a day!
- Diet choices & Portion Control .. Colorful fruits & vegetables promote good health.
Color your day with five a day..blue/purple..green..white..yellow/orange & red.
Choose at least one from each color. - Post your goals for the day.
Bonus The bonus this month is all about Water & Walking/Jogging/Biking!
