For your daily bears ..
- Exercise .. set your own goals but challenge yourself daily
- Take time out for yourself .. at least ten minutes a day!
- Diet choices & Portion Control .. Colorful fruits & vegetables promote good health.
Color your day with five a day..blue/purple..green..white..yellow/orange & red.
Choose at least one from each color. - Post your goals for the day.
Bonus The bonus this month is all about Water & Walking/Jogging/Biking!

You meal plan for the week with veggies .
Put in 2 or 3 Ian will eat & won't, LOL
That way you can pick & choose what day you want what .
