How much water do you drink a day ?
Let us know :)

Want to Lose Weight? Just Add Water

Hydration is key to any healthy lifestyle, says Ashley Koff, a registered dietician and author of Recipes for IBS, a cookbook and plan for healthy digestion. "Our cells require water (and potassium to keep the water in the cells, versus sodium, which draws it outside the cell) for optimal absorption of water-soluble nutrients, as well as for their numerous energy-creating and disseminating equations," she says.

In other words, if we're dehydrated, and we don't properly hydrate, our body won't properly process our energy. When it's cold outside, we often forget to hydrate as much, so Koff says to make sure to add it to your mental checklist. Drink a hot tea with lemon or an herbal tea instead of a latte. And make sure to get some dried fruit in your daily diet for potassium.

Good information Hugs.
I drink usually 8 to 9 cups a day. On warmer days, 8 to 13 cups.

I have a 16 oz bottle I fill at least 5 times daily.

I will increase the amount of water I drink as it gets warmer.

Well, I have a problem with retaining water. But the doctor told me to just drink water when I want something instead of soda or tea. It's working for me. I probably drink between 64-80 ozs a day : )
