Yes Nadine , give hh a try. If it takes 2 weeks do not give up. Look at me, I took a whole month to finally get the hang of it. It is a yr now. I am doing more than what I did last yr. and I just did these new things last month.


Water is a real improvement, too.

If my tea/coffee intake was changed to water I'd be top of the class & floating away happily.
