Jazz Up Your Workouts!
When you find that your fitness routine is becoming just "the same old thing" try making some simple changes to jazz things up. You can turn your workout around, changing the order or your routine or try some new machines in the gym. Take a new exercise or dance class. Whatever you choose, jazzing things up will help you ensure that your workouts are fresh and fun!



I like this one Lisa. I do this with my hulahoop. I still watch tv and hulahoop, but now I bring it outdoors and walk with it, twirl, walk backwards, jump and hulahoop, do side steps. It is more fun now.
Mixing it up helps us to stay motivated :)
That's what I like about running/walking.
If it gets boring,
I can just change trails/routes
and get a whole new workout.
