I guess I am wacky all right. I tried pogo, but not really that wacky enough.
Hulahoop is the one I really enjoy. I never knew that once I started walking
with it, I can do more and more stuff. Now I am having more fun and the time flies.
I hulahoop outside and now my neighbors see me. I can just imagine what I look
like when a helicopter flies over the neighborhood and sees me hh.

Just start slow Hugs. At least you can hh off the bat. Remember it took me a whole month last yr. Oh my goodness...just thought of it...IT IS A YEAR of HH for me. You suggested it to me too Hugs...love that idea totally.
I still love mine just don't use it as often as I should ::blush::

You can start right off doing the hh right Hugs? You do not need a month of practice like I did. That was something for me.
I will try running with it next after I hh backwards in a circle twirling around in the opposite direction. Now that is wacky.
Just flip it on & do it
Usually in front of my TV so I don't get bored, LOL
Maybe one day I'll catch up to you ..
But not for a long while :)
Forgot to let you know that you can add another hoop if the one you have is too light.
Let me get use to doing one again first :)

Maybe soon as I need to see what my plans are for next week first though.
