I have no idea why. I am taking one spring course but it shouldn't cause this. I have had some problems for a couple of years. Any ideas on how to relax so I can fall asleep grrrr.
{{{Amy}}} Well one thing is not to be on the computer You know how addiciting it can be Maybe have some milk, find a pleasure book to read .. Or watch an old movie .. In other words be in bed so you can fall asleep quicker. Hopefully that will help :)
My swhusband reads something boring and the next thing I see his face smack on the paper and he is sleeping away. Me... I do my workouts totalling about 2 hours a day and that does it for me. I do my last stretches at night.
