Too cute on DH Kuan,
And then your Mom was/is the opposite ?
So has she told you this before then ?
Yes seems safer & more meaningful I think if we have to hear it from the doctor.
As well as for our own better health .. which we all want :)

Thanks Karla,
I would agree with that too ..
A good friend is someone that can we should be able to hear something like this from ..
I would also think they would be thoughtful & gentle in telling us ..
We could put the shoe on the other foot so to speak ..
Ask ourselves how we would tell something this if need be too :)

I have been trying to come up with an answer and I don't know.
I don't hear that I'm to big,
I'm often told by my family that I quit needing to try to lose!
My mom & kids especially tell me I'm fine the way I am and not to worry.
And I have had to promise DH I won't ever be one of the eats only lettuce crowd.

For the most part most of my friends are "softer" than I am,
I probably out weigh them, but I'm solid.

Even my doctor told me although my BMI is in the obese catagory
I'm one of those that doesn't fit it right,
My large frame and muscle mass make the numbers wrong.
Since my BP, etc are all well within normal ranges
He says kick back & enjoy the (occasional) candy bar.

That's all a good thing Liz,
Hard to argue with that as well
Maybe just do what you've been doing & make sure you feel good about you.
Afterall that is what it comes down to right ?
Yes enjoy that candy bar for me too :)

She is an arb woman we helped via the Garden Club a while ago, but she won't accept the fact that the money we raised for her came to an end months ago.

I have not been around here much. Still having puter problems, van problems and just sorta getting sick of dealing with it all!
