Improve Your Social Network

You can enhance your emotional stability, flexibility and resilience with regular exercise, a healthy diet and ample sleep. It’s just as important to have good friends and strong family ties. A trustworthy support system adds an element of pleasure to your life while buffering you from depression and anxiety. Loneliness seriously harms your health, studies show, whereas people with strong social networks tend to have better heart health and live longer.

Your emotional exercise: Practice being a good friend. To broaden your social circle, pursue a passionate interest: Take an art class, join a book club or volunteer for a worthy cause.

You’re emotionally fit as a fiddle

Besides being comfortable in your own psyche, you have a healthy level of emotional self-awareness and can use it to your benefit in taxing situations. You’re able to accept and deal with your moods, the bad ones and the good, and you find ways to rise to life’s challenges and help yourself through them, gathering the support you need when you need it. “You’re in a good place emotionally so keep doing what you’re doing,” says Domar. “But don’t assume you can sit back and relax. It takes work to stay emotionally balanced, and as life’s circumstances change, you will need to stay on your toes and check in with yourself regularly.” In other words, keep working on those emotional muscles so they’ll be fit and flexible when you really need them.

Yes, this is typically me. My thoughts are when something isn't right, change it. If you can't change it, change you.

Patting you on the back for being so emotionally stable Kuan,
And it's ok to take time to get back to what was if you know what I mean.
Life is full of those ups & downs as we all know.
Handling stress as best as we can is how it should be.
Glad to see they were pretty darn accurate for you :)
