I think probably a 7 for me,
While I am in fairly good shape & weight ..
A couple of bad habits I wisah I didn't have :)

Fitness..as in weight control and exercise..I suck at it!! I have needed to lose these 30-40 lbs for years..do lose some of it for awhile..gain it back and on and on it goes.


Exercise..hate it..boring to the max!


Health..To make matters worse, it is painful for me to exercise

However the good news us you have plenty of time to work on it all

What kind of exercise do you like ?
Don't tell me none

Sorry about all the pain though :(
Must make it near impossible to exercise ::sigh::
Like you can't win ..
What about swimming ?
Something you can do ?

Trade ins .. we wish kind of :)

A lot better than when I first started....maybe 8 1/2. Still working on a few things.

What kind of exercise do I like? I love walking! I used to take my little dog and we'd walk 2 1/4 miles every day..or about 6 days a week..for years and I never had to make myself do it, looked forward to it. Then more surgery and I had to resort to using a walker and pain became worse. Now I have to make myself walk.

Am glad you did like to walk when you could ..
OK you know your own limitations & I am sure try your hardest as I know you would.
I think if you continue with your weights & walk with DH when you can ..
You should be very proud of you .. Afterall all we can do is keep trying ..
Not to mention .. keep ourselves safe with as little pain as possible.
The on & off again is that vicious cycle & you have good company with that one ::blush::
Hang in there hon .. we can do this together ..really I mean it :)
