Was wondering for the QOTW ~ On a scale of 1 to 10 .. 10 being the best .. HOw would you rate your fitness & health ? Let our *inquiring minds* know as always :)
You have a devil in your head Kuan ? ::gasp:: LOL I know what you mean .. I see you as more of an 8 actually .. However good you leave room for improvement .. We'll get there in time together :)
As my own harshest critic I'd say I'm about a 6 I feel old and slow - especially when I hang out with my soccer pals. They are so much quicker and leaner looking than I am. of course they are men, about 10 yrs younger than I am, and played sports their whole lives.
But........ when I compare myself to other moms and non-athletes I can give myself an 8 (generous) I move regularly I eat more good stuff than bad stuff I'm not glued to the TV for hours at a time (the computer is another story LOL) I do have aches & pains (comes with age) But I'm not on any meds or have any serious health issues yet.
Go with the 8 LIz, You are very active & do so much .. No fair comparing yourself to the men anyway Keep doing all you're doing .. As you have those kids of yours to keep up with :)
I'm about 10 with healthy - never ill & my migraines have nothing to do with my health... I'm about a 5 with fit - haven't done anything except walking for over a year now, so am not anywhere near fit but nor am I about to get excited or distressed at the thought of walking 10 flights of stairs...
