Well, it might be more than some people do but unless I'm doing minimum of 15 thou steps I am not losing weight 'cos it's not enough for me... I really need something more active unless I was hill-walking or bush walking or something like that & not doing anything along those lines at the mo... Just how it goes with my body & me, especially seeing as 30 is something I won't see again in this lifetime - I feel the difference trying to shift the weight at 35!
