Hello again everyone!
I finalized my workout plan last night! I'm pretty excited about it. Today was my first day, and the cardio was so fun!
Anyways, I'm not sure if it's a good plan or not. The cardio is about 300 minutes a week. It's a great variety, mixed with days of lower intensity casual cardio, and other days with hills or sprints. I've planned to weight train every other day. On days I don't weight train, I've added in Pilates and abs.
I need your opinions! I'm dedicated to it because like I said, the variety is what keeps me going!

The more variety the better.
Will help keep you motivated
