How do you control your cravings?
- I just cave in to them ::blush::
- If I really crave something, I have just a little bit
- I eat a healthy breakfast
- I keep healthy snacks handy
- I stay away from my "trigger" foods
- I exercise

Yes. Creamy salad dressings are not that good. My swhusband loves the salad with lemon juice. Sometimes if there is salsa, I will mix it with the salsa.
Chocolate (GRIN!) and sweet carbs (cookies, cake, etc). Sometimes I crave salty things, too. Dill pickles are great for that. :)

I said combination because I do all at various times. At work especially in high stress times, I will have bag of baby carrots to crunch hard on and then small cans of Tomato juice. Not sure why but most of the time those 2 will quell cravings.
Thankfully especially after some health problems I learned to stop dealing with knee and other pains by eating really bad things(like peanut butter cups and other candies or sweets).
I find that true too, and I have also found that if I start the day with something sweet,,, (like jelly on my toast) I'll crave more sweets during the day... while if I don't start the day with somethng sweet (like just eating some low fat cheese ) with my breeakfast then I don't crave sweets....
