How do you control your cravings?



  • I just cave in to them ::blush::
  • If I really crave something, I have just a little bit
  • I eat a healthy breakfast
  • I keep healthy snacks handy
  • I stay away from my "trigger" foods
  • I exercise
  • Other...please share
  • Combination...which ones?

I have replaced my cravings with healthier choices my problem is I keep caving into the urge to eat the healthier version. Does that make sense? Cris

yes, makes total sense - you're eating too much of the healthy version...would having a small amount of the "real" thing be better, calorie-wise?
