I was just looking at that a moment ago. That was spooky Liz. I do those things everyday and they are good. Will do some while I watch Lost as a matter of fact.

I love to crank up the music and dance too Suzan.
And I like to do ballerina moves on the soccer field at school.
Sometimes Yoga too - the kids all come around and do it with me.
Pure joy in movement!

You mean in the suggestion place Liz? I could, but do not want to step over anyone. I am not really an expert you know. I just look up the workouts, try to remember them if I like them and do them. If I like the workouts, I do them.


I heard there is another challenge coming out too this month on iVillage.
