Which strategy helps you reach your weight loss goals ?
- Starting & progressing slowly
- Putting it on paper
- Learning as much as possible
- Utilizing plenty of social supports
- Keeping things fun
- Learning from my setbacks

Understand Hugs. Sometimes they do not work right away and then poof something happens when I did not
give up.
I haven't reached my weightloss goal in way too many years!!
What keeps me going though is a combination of.......

It is the best though I then need to have stuff written down & accountability all of which I find here on F & H!
Now I just need to get started...
Patience & waiting til something works :)
