Suffering from withdrawel symptoms, so even if I'm asking the questions here goes...

1) Would you consider keeping a Gratitude Journal, where you write down 5 things at the end of the day that you are grateful for?
2) Do you have something at the moment that has brought you joy, even a small moment of happiness?
3) How do you spend your Sundays - Jenn works in the evenings I know?
4) What do you do to treat yourself when you get to an exercise or weight goal?  I know Jenn works constantly at this rather than having goals & some of the others are now at their goal weights like Aileen, but let us know anyway...
5) Who is someone who inspires you in the media or maybe some other celebrity?  Might be their attitude or way of living life or their looks - whatever...
6) Do you believe that taking supplements (calcium, etc) can help to improve your health?

1) Would you consider keeping a Gratitude Journal, where you write down 5 things at the end of the day that you are grateful for? I tried it years ago when it first became popular. I didn't keep it up for long..not good at keeping diaries either.
2) Do you have something at the moment that has brought you joy, even a small moment of happiness? Yes, when we got home from

Hi Donna,
It was actually someone else's turn to do these yesterday but I get withdrawel symptoms when I don't have Sat 6's & as for the questions they are a bit "hit & miss" with me but I had just gotten back from a bible study thing & someone else had spoken about the gratitude diary at a tea I was at on Fri, so it stemmed from those 2 things mainly...

Once upon a time I used to write in my diary every single day...

2) Do you have something at the moment that has brought you joy, even a small moment of happiness?...Ok...Seeing the small green tree frog on my geranium plant.
3) How do you spend your Sundays - Jenn works in the evenings I know?...Enjoying the day, reading, playing Bookworm, and being here.

Hiya Hugs,
Yes well the withdrawel symptoms started kicking in & by Sun evening my time I knew I shouldn't be stepping on anyone's toes by posting something..
I think that gratitude journal is a good way to go to sleep on a positive note.

Hiya,
Great to see you here...
Up until now that gratitude journal is something I've also thought about & gotten no further with, but think I will buy myself a notebook to be the journal today when I'm in Worcester to do other things...
Wonderful having your A/C working again...
