Yesterday was one of the good days, but I am failing dismally in the colours dept with the May challenge & that is partly why I've been so scarce in the exercise folders...

A lot healthier than my lunch today of 2 slices of white milk loaf bread with chicken & mayo, with lemon pepper for flavouring...
