I voted waist. I noticed the sizes that I had worn before were too big for me.

It must be the hulahoop, because I hate the ab crunches Hugs. Let me think....


Before I use to be size 8 to 10....probably 4 inches or 4 1/2.

Since you told me to Hulahoop...1 year ago Hugs. I do it 10 minutes at a time and it reaches 30 to 40 minutes a day. Well, I have been practicing the running amd twirling the hh at the same time.


If I can find a way to do the abs without crunches, I will do it. It has been working for me.

Having a bit of a hard time today Hugs. I'm doing okay with eating, but having to really concentrate on doing the right things. I feel like I could eat all day long..all healthy foods..just too much..but I'm not going to do that, just struggling with the thoughts today. I'll head out for a walk later and that will help, but first I need a nap.


You're always faithfully there helping others. So..how are YOU doing??
