KFC for lunch today - having a wrap/tortilla so getting some salad in as well as the chicken being grilled, not fried... Tonight it's oxtail stew, so will be having mixed veggies with that...

Breakfast this morning started a little late, but a bowl of yoghurt with assorted fresh fruit in it... Half a bran muffin... 2 slices of quiche (spinach, & a bacon one) with some salad (curly lettuce leaves)... With tea at the end of it I had 2 small koeksusters (the length of half my index finger) & an equally small piece of choc fridge cake aka tiffen aka brownies... This all happened from approx 10am to 12pm so no rushed eating today!
Lunch has been half of my leftover eisbein & cabbage & potatoes from last night.
