Slow & steady wins the race you know,
As impatient as we are
Weight loss is better when it happens slowly ..
Don't you think ?
Take It Slow to Keep It Off
Don't rush your weight loss and look for a quick fix. I like my clients to lose weight at a slow, steady pace—one or two pounds a week. They make small, manageable lifestyle changes, and 9 times out of 10 they end up keeping the weight off. Why? They have sustained their newfound routine for several months instead of doing a crash diet for a week. This aids in developing good habits and having them stick!

Sure is Hugs...I mean losing the weight slow and steady. That is what happened for me and I am sure glad
I did not do it the fast way. I was tempted to
My secret used to be managing 15 thou steps a day & eating a little better than I have been...
I read somewhere recently where some woman was adding pureed veggies to her baking like her chocolate muffins had heaps of spinach in them 'cos her family don't like eating healthily, so she sneaks it in where she can...
Thanks for the share Hugs...
This is the healthy way ..
Thanks for taking a peek :)
We gotta do what's best for the family
Appreciate you taking a look :)
I agree with you 100%. If you loose the weight to quickly you just may put it back on as quick as you lost it. 1-2 pds a week is a perfect amount to loose.
I do believe also that it's best to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
I never expected the fast way anyway. I know there is a catch to those appealing ads. Then later on the side effects happen...so the slow way for me will always be my thing.
We want to do this only the healthy way always :)
I have no clue on the BL since I don't follow it at all ::blush::
However that is great they do it the healthy way & then keep it off.
Maybe they learn to keep at it, make it a healthy lifestyle ?
That would be the only thing I could think of.
Sounds like your body knows what to do whether you like it or not
Both ways shows you're doing well & doing it the healthy way ..
Am really proud & pleased for you :)
Think the fast way would be vwery dangerous too ::gasp::
