The one I opt for the most is the pork belly chops, mainly 'cos they are quick on the BBQ & less chance of me getting pink, oozing meat!
Ian is getting better about presenting me with half-cooked meat, but with other people (when you're bbqing at other folks houses) it is easier to play it safe.

Thanks hugs, great to be back. I just need a few more days to get back to myself. I have allergies and not realizing it when we bought this piece of land, in the back, we have no neighbors it is all trees which is lovely, and they are planning to make a small park there. But in the meanwhile, it is very windy, and there is not grass of course so I have constant sand and dust, which is not helping my allergies at all. I have had to use my pump all day yesterday and today I told my dh that I will not keep any of the windows open at all, until there is not wind in sight.

Yesterday, I got on the scale for the first time in a long time and I am now down 3 pds, and I will continue watching now my intake and my portions of food. I will be back for sure. I will try to post this Monday, as I miss everyone and I would like to get back to some of my old routines.

This time if I am on the wagon I am going to make sure that I do not fall off this time. Have as wonderful weekend :)

Funnily enough those pork belly rashers are what Derek & Ian will put on the BBQ once they have gotten the fire started & the coals where they want them...
Always so easy & always a winner...
