The American College of Sports Medicine has unveiled the 2009 rankings of the 50 Largest Metropolitan Areas in America for their Health and Community Fitness Status. Is your city on the list? What do YOU think makes your city healthy or unhealthy?

I was just reading about this article...interesting. My city is too small. It is near the city on the list I think.

Mine..or the closest to me..is at 50.3.


I guess you could say that's not good or not bad, kind of like..well..ummm..50/50..LOL!!


I'm healthy, but not contributing much to the fitness part of it!

Wow, if you count Boston which is about 20 minutes from me, it's number 4!!!

We're to small for this list :(
But Runner's World did rankings a couple of months ago
And my city was one of the top 10 for safest trails :)
