Summer fun is just around the corner.   Time to break out the bathing suits!    Oops!  Whether you are already in shape for Summer or wishing to get that way, the Challenge has got to be the way to go.    Have fun!

 

For your daily bears ..

 



  • Exercise:   post your pedometer steps, miles or minutes of exercise.



  • Water:    set your goal keeping in mind that we at Fitness & Health like to aim for 8 cups or 64oz a day.



  • You Decide:  portion control, working on a new habit, or    that's right .. hula hooping .. set your own goals with these.

 


     


Bonus:  Post the details of your day fitness and healthwise under the headings provided in the Daily Exercise & More Discussion.  The good and the bad .. and/or post your steps in the Buddy Walking Discussion.

 

You can reward yourself with a Juneyahoo.gif picture by Fitness-Health *yahoo*    or Juneboohoo.gif picture by Fitness-Health*boohoo* bear         depending on how you went.

Can't find my pedometer, but I'll keep looking. I don't count steps anyway though, I count distance and time.


Water..doing better using Crystal Light.


My decision..eat less and make better restaurant choices.


Okay..going for it..again!


Hula Hoops..No..No..No..Not for me..I dislocated a knee years ago using one of those things!!


I want this!!!
