Summer fun is just around the corner. Time to break out the bathing suits! Oops! Whether you are already in shape for Summer or wishing to get that way, the Challenge has got to be the way to go. Have fun!
For your daily bears ..
- Exercise: post your pedometer steps, miles or minutes of exercise.
- Water: set your goal keeping in mind that we at Fitness & Health like to aim for 8 cups or 64oz a day.
Bonus: Post the details of your day fitness and healthwise under the headings provided in the Daily Exercise & More Discussion. The good and the bad .. and/or post your steps in the Buddy Walking Discussion.
You can reward yourself with a

Ok count me in - had a bad start with hassles getting on to the board (pages sometimes taking hours to become able to post on & other nonsense) plus a spate fo migraines in the last 3 days ie. start of June, but will see how it goes...
There have been some known board issue problems ..
However now all better ..

At the rate ivillage is messing me around, not loading properly, not letting me post until nearly 45 mins later, well I might just enjoy this little ole challenge at home on my ownsome...
The first day back to work was not too bad.
Don;t sorry in time Matthew will be on a regular routine ..
You might even wish he wasn't when he does
