Thought this would be handy dandy to have as a guide,

Walking Steps Equivalents
1 mile = 2100 average steps.
1 block = 200 average steps
10 minutes of walking = 1200 steps on average
Bicycling or swimming = 150 steps for each minute.
Weight lifting = 100 steps per minute
Rollerskating = 200 steps per minute
1 mile = 2100 average steps.

Oh...I can add the weight lifting...well actually hand weight. Hmmm. Jeepers I am doing a lot then Hugs.
Sorry...I forgot to tell you. I do most of them. There is a rollerskating workout that I sometimes do. I will add this to my workout for June.
I have long legs so long steps
I'm at about 1800 steps per mile myself.
I could add steps for weight lifting - starting back up today :P
but rarely biking or swimming.
I would like to start rollerblading sometimes.
