Cool that your DH will go for walks with you Donna! It's much easier to get motivated when you have a willing partner. With your limitations it must be hard to get going sometimes, But as you gain strength you will probably be able to do more. Good Luck with your race this weekend.
Not too organized...I just do my errands with my workouts at the same time. Like today, I had to go to the library and post office so I parked farther away and wogged to the places and back to my car. Part of my workout is done.
