Breakfast....steel cut oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup..high pulp orange juice..coffee
Lunch....light bologna (I know, processed is not so healthy, but I'm out of other stuff) on 100%
lemon juice
yogurt, pineapple, almonds
Miller‘s: fish, green beans, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chocolate
popcorn, butter, olives
2 cheese, 2 crackers, avocado
liquid - green tea with ginger, water - 112 oz.
Some how managed to skip breakfast today,Will have to play catch up now........
Lunch (at 10 am) - lettuce, tomato & olive salad w/can of tuna
Snack (about 2?) - Weight Control oatmeal, muscle milk
Snack (about 4)- yogurt & an apple
Dinner (about 8) - something light - salads?
