I track my workouts everyday, but not my meals.
I just keep my meals small portioned everyday that is all.

Not sure how to answer this question. I keep track of what I eat and getting my exercises done, but I don't journal anything. I don't forget when I don't

I've been doing an online food journal most of May and so far this month.
I track my runs on a running blog and put my stickers on my calendar.

i obsessively monitor my caloric consumption, and i try to get at least 20-30 minutes of cardio every day. i stretch and do lunges every morning, and sometimes i throw in some crunches or push-ups or dumbbell work. so i answered ALL!
