How many minutes a day do you exercise ?
Let us know :)
Everyone, no matter what shape or age, should be moving for at least 30 minutes every day.
Walk, swim, bike—exercise keeps your body young, mobile and feeling light.

When I am alone I go for close to 40 minutes ..
When I go with Holly it's about 30 ..
So I am doing it right :)

At the moment I'm trying to get an hour in the gym Mon to Fri mornings & when I couldn't do that this week I managed 4 mornings inc Sat.
On top of that I am aiming for 10km of walking or approx 14 thou steps, so it's not 30 mins of constant exercise - 7 days a week - but I think I'm doing ok.
If I have a day like yesterday & then today I wanted to take it gently, then I am happy with 10 thou steps & no other exercise...
Except haven't seen any goals for you lately

You do what you can & do it well :)
DH and I walk for at least an hour plus the walking to and from the trail's beginning.
I don't know how long it takes me for my other exercises, I just do them until they're done.
