How many minutes a day do you exercise ?

Everyone, no matter what shape or age, should be moving for at least 30 minutes every day.
Walk, swim, bike—exercise keeps your body young, mobile and feeling light.
Too lazy to work out? Not a good excuse anymore!

Just when it was made it was perfect for me.
Had no clue she was going to do this :)
Right now I'm just going for a 30 min walk every morning plus strength training one day a week. Plus all the extra "around the house" steps I can get.
Hope to add more soon. My gym membership is expired and the price has gone way up so I'm not joining again for now.
It all helps :)

Usually 5-6 days a week.
Some days as much as 2 hours.
Don't do that as often as I need to though.
least you get those 30 minutes a day in ..
After that .. always a bonus :)
