I voted 80 to 84...I should have said 80 and above.

When I know it will be that warm, I force myself to wake up earlier and do something. I have waken up a bit later and my day for work outs were ruined. I can do them earlier and I can reduce them to.

Does that mean even when you know it's going to be hot,
You just go out earlier before the heat of the day ?
I try that as well :)

I try to since 6:30 is soooo bright nowadays and not that cold. While everyone is sleeping, I do the stretches and biking. I also do some stretches while making breakfast.

I plan my exercise around the heat of the day,
but somethings just don't change.
Like walking home from school in the afternoons.
I don't mind being out in the heat (used to it after all these years)
But do take precautions (sunscreen, hat, water)

Jack and I will start getting up about 6 to run
He's already in a morning exercise habit
and isn't amused if I play on the computer past 9 ::blush::

Today I goofed, but luckily it is only 61 in the temps. If the morning temps were more in the 70's and really sunny, I will get up 6:30 AM.
