How hot is *TOO HOT* to be exercising outdoors?

  • Exercise .. What is this thing you call exercise??

OK so you get up every day at 6:30 then ?

Well I am up by 6 AM getting lunch and breakfast prepared for my swhusband. While I am waiting for everything to get ready, I do some stretches and mini walks. Then mini wogging.

I'll say 95-99 is too hot. In the low 90's though, it would also be too hot if it was very humid and no breeze, so it depends. High heat is exhausting for me.

Humidity makes a huge difference I agree Donna,
However with a breeze .. much better
So do you, would you walk in that warm of temps ?
