This is borrowed as I thought it a great idea for here at F & H :)
I am pleased to announce the Fitness & Health Challenge Bucket List is here!
Just like in the movie The Bucket List we can all make our own lists ..
Of healthy foods & exercises that we have always wanted to try ..
But for some reason never got around to it.
Now is your chance
For the month of June we can make our F & H bucket lists & hopefully those of us that have tried the foods or done exercises that are on other's lists will post helpful tips & tricks to help make us more successful :)

Introduce DH to my workout partner's DH. They would get along great.
You can walk a marathon and you'll love it. I've noticed there are a lot of non-runners in the marathons.
I'll go white water rafting with you! I would love to do that.
I've added 2 to mine...

moonlight hike with the Sierra club
Hopefully dh and I will do the hike next month, the rafting, that's still a far off dream. :)

Jun 19 update
Forgot to tell you what I did since I made the Jun 8 list.
I am working with the 10 pound hand weights every other day.
I can run with the hulahoop.

I did not read the 4 books I planned, because 2 of them were too slow for me.
I have not seen the hula dance dvd yet....still waiting to borrow it.
Even better you're on your way by doing them now.
